“El Jardín” acerca al habitante a su naturaleza permanentemente a partir del uso de balcones y terrazas en la vivienda y espacios útiles-verdes en cubierta. Su orientación es estratégica para aprovechar el costado largo del lote, mejorando las condiciones de asoleación del proyecto.Todas las viviendas dan frente a un espacio verde de dimensiones importantes, ya sea hacia el parque público o hacia el centro de manzana.

Los dos edificios funcionan de manera independiente. Sin embargo, al ubicar las zonas comunes en el medio, se ofrece la posibilidad de funcionar de manera conjunta de ser necesario. Sus balcones y terrazas le dan movimiento y carácter a la fachada mientras permiten al habitante estar siempre cerca de la naturaleza. En cuanto a la materialidad, el ladrillo color arena suave y el concreto gris claro integran el edificio con su entorno verde suburbano.

“The Garden” brings the inhabitant closer to its nature permanently through the use of balconies and terraces in the home and useful-green spaces on the roof. Its orientation is strategic to take advantage of the long side of the lot, improving the project’s sunlight conditions. All the homes face a large green space, either towards the public park or towards the center of the block.

The two buildings operate independently. However, by locating the common areas in the middle, it offers the possibility of functioning together if necessary. Its balconies and terraces give movement and character to the façade while allowing the inhabitant to always be close to nature. In terms of materiality, the soft sand-colored brick and the light gray concrete integrate the building with its suburban green surroundings.
